System & Application Administrator

Job Summary

This position works with other Windows and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) administrators to research, test, develop, troubleshoot and deploy applications and packages to Windows endpoints. Software packaging is the primary focus of this position.

Essential Functions

• Analyze, troubleshoot, maintain, and oversee Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) software applications and packages for campus wide deployment
• Design, develop, implement, test Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) software applications and packages for campus wide deployment
• Research and design solutions to automate various Windows system tasks that will be delivered via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) or other Windows based delivery methods
• Identify and analyze current and potential issues with Windows systems and recommend and implement solutions, Provide Tier III level support for other Information Technology groups and customers
• Document processes and procedures

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in information technology or related field and two years of systems and application administration experience in area related to assignment.
