What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple large-scale architectural projects through all phases — from early planning to construction administration.
• Serve as a trusted client advisor, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage schedules, resources, and budgets to deliver on time and on vision.
• Oversee consultant coordination, permitting, and quality assurance to ensure excellence at every stage.
• Mentor and inspire project teams, fostering a supportive, accountable environment.
• Contribute to firm-wide leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.
