Hours : 6AM - 6PM, Saturday - Monday Pay Rate : $20.60 per hour + $3.00 shift premium

Will be responsible for all material handling needs, primarily picking warehoused parts, and delivering to assembly areas to ensure efficient production. Work closely with production lines to ensure full utilization of people, materials, and equipment to meet customer demand. The Material Handler will be required to achieve company standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

Material Handler Levels

• Material Handler I + Operate a forklift or other equipment to transport materials within the facility + Inspect the forklifts daily and follow defined procedures and practices + Operate equipment safely and effectively + Know the basic functions of the ERP system
• Material Handler II + All Material Handler I responsibilities + Use best judgment to resolve issues or suggest solutions + Join project teams and occasionally lead parts of projects + Solve basic to moderately complex problems
• Material Handler III + All Material Handler I & II responsibilities + Cross-train in different areas as needed + Train new employees or employees transitioning from other areas + Access information within the ERP system and perform transactions as needed + Suggest and implement improvements to existing equipment and / or designs to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity

Physical Demands
