Job descriptionCommunication with customers along with proper follow up. Accurately handle deals. Build enriching customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and drive the sales process. Establish trust among customers, leading to a strong network of clientele and prospects. Set a clear vision and goals for sales performance, demonstrating leadership. Motivate and engage the team to achieve critical goals, performance expectations, and standard methodology processes. Play an active role in day-to-day operations to drive business growth. Follow the leadership sales process. Training, certification and knowledge of all current vehicle products. Our programs aim to enhance your work-life balance. Sales Recognition Program.
