DeFi Program Manager

A company is looking for a DeFi Program Manager to support its DeFi Labs team in launching new platforms and products.

Key Responsibilities

Define, structure, and manage the execution of key programs related to new platforms and products

Ensure smooth implementation of new vault strategies and DeFi integrations

Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive and deliver new initiatives

Required Qualifications

5+ years experience in traditional finance or DeFi

Proven ability to manage complex programs across multiple stakeholders

Extensive program and project management experience

Knowledge of L1 / L2 chains, protocols, and yield strategies

Strong understanding of risk management principles
