Job Summary :

The Spa Manager will oversee all aspects of the spa's daily operations, manage a team of spa professionals, and maintain the highest standards of service excellence.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

• Oversees applicant interviews, hiring, and staff introduction / orientation. Oversee departmental training. Make hiring decisions for all direct reports.
• Educates staff on ways to upsell the services and products offered at the spa.
