Position Summary :

The Director of Engineering and Plant Operations is responsible for managing and directing the hospital's Engineering, Maintenance, and Grounds departments. This role ensures the safe and efficient operation of all hospital buildings, compliance with regulatory standards, and proactive maintenance of all facilities and equipment. The director will serve as the hospital's Safety Officer, utilizing energy management tools, overseeing staff and contractors, and developing budgets to support operational excellence.
