We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Activation Director to join our remote team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of leading the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that activate brand strategies and drive consumer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and optimize marketing initiatives to ensure our clients objectives are met, making every day a new and exciting challenge.

Key Responsibilities :

1- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing activation strategies that align with client goals and objectives.

2- Collaborate with creative, digital, and analytical teams to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.

3- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.

4- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.

5- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and valuable insights to enhance brand performance.

6- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

7- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on activation and campaign management.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Experience in a remote work environment and ability to manage teams and projects from a distance.
