Key Responsibilities :
Manage and process multi-state, biweekly payrolls with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws, payroll tax regulations, and reporting requirements
Review, reconcile, and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll-related inquiries and support audits
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and assist with system enhancements or implementations
Qualifications :
3+ years of hands-on payroll experience in a fast-paced environment
Solid knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
Proven experience managing multi-state payrolls for 100+ employees
