Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Code Event Planner to lead and assist various operational activities of key Code Cross-Functional moments such as Global / Geo Pivot, Seasonal Investment Review and others. This role supports the Global and Geo Code Moments leads to successfully execute the objectives of each moment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist various operational activities of key Code Cross-Functional moments such as Global / Geo Pivot, Seasonal Investment Review and others; support the Global and Geo Code Moments leads to successfully execute the objectives of each moment.
• Coordinate with multiple partners to find feasible schedules for executive meetings; organize attendees, agendas and projects as needed.
• Plan meetings including invitations, room reservations, and coordinating logistics (e.g., AV); manage vendors and creation of Purchase Orders.
• Assist management of attendees, agendas and projects as needed; plan catering and coordinate optimal schedules with key stakeholders.
• Organize social events as part of Code Moments efforts.

Experience and Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
