Position Description :

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Business Analyst to support a public sector client in Austin, Texas . This long-term contract role begins remotely and transitions to a hybrid schedule.

The selected candidate will play a key role in the implementation and optimization of the Accounts Receivable and Billing modules within PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.2. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, analyze business processes, and deliver solutions that enhance financial efficiency and compliance.

This position requires a self-driven professional with deep experience in fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, data mapping, and system testing . You will apply your analytical and problem-solving expertise to support end-to-end PeopleSoft financial operations across large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into system requirements and functional specifications.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
• Perform data mapping and integration activities between legacy systems and third-party interfaces.
• Support full-cycle system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality and performance.
• Document workflows, use cases, and system enhancements in detailed business and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and system efficiencies.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
• Assist with end-user training, support documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Participate in Agile or hybrid project environments, contributing to sprint planning and task tracking.
