Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team at

• , focused on analyzing vast datasets to guide business strategies and improve customer experiences. The right candidate will transform data into insights that drive decision-making and help maintain its commitment to being Earth's most customer-centric company. This role involves close collaboration with global leaders across marketing and technology teams to support clinet's commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct statistical testing of A / B and multivariate experiments to evaluate the performance of program features and marketing content.

Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports to monitor program health and customer behavior.

Respond to ad hoc data requests from business leaders for critical insights into customer behavior and patterns.

Utilize data mining and model building techniques to identify trends within the customer base.

Engage in strategic and tactical planning discussions, offering data-driven insights and recommendations.

Must-Have Skills :

5-7 years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets

Proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation.

Strong experience in data visualization and developing actionable insights.
