Enrollment Associate

A company is looking for an Enrollment Associate - TEMP.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls and chat inquiries to provide prospective students with information on programs and admission requirements

Build rapport with prospective students and assist in overcoming objections to facilitate the enrollment process

Update key contact information and manage customer interactions using information technology systems

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education

One year of call center or customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

Prior experience in higher education or consultative sales is a plus

Aptitude for learning new software applications quickly

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
