Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, market research, or related field
  • Minimum of five years experience in a similar position or related experience in marketing project management
  • Healthcare and not-for-profit experience preferred
  • Able to handle a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment and manage multiple projects at one time
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Creative, outgoing, and positive
  • Outstanding grammatical and editing skills
  • Strong computer skills - experience using both Windows and Teams environment
  • Able to work with people of diverse backgrounds
  • Highly organized with the ability to successfully manage deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality

Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensures that marketing strategies adequately and accurately support the mission, vision, and brand identity of Olmsted Medical Center and the purpose(s) of its departments, programs, and services.
  • Partners with internal customers to help identify marketing opportunities and provides direction required in development of marketing strategies, including research and completion of market readiness assessments.

These customers may include, but are not limited to, various clinical and administrative departments, and patient education.

  • Assists with the strategy, development, and implementation of an annual marketing plan, to include various marketing activities such as print, digital marketing, television, radio, etc.
  • Manages marketing plan timelines, budget, and execution of marketing campaign materials end to end, with a heavy emphasis on project management and a commitment to high quality outcomes.

Creative development, audience identification, digital or print fulfillment and post-campaign analysis are key components of this role.

Partners with communications staff on all external marketing publications and print materials (including external reports, newsletters, and brochures).

Works with communications staff to ensure communications plans are developed as part of the marketing plans.

Assists with content creation and implements campaigns for social media platforms (paid and unpaid).
