What You'll Do :
As a Performance & Engagement Specialist, you'll play a key role in advancing BHN's employee engagement, retention, and performance initiatives. You'll collaborate with HR leaders to design, execute, and refine programs that elevate the employee experience across all stages of the talent lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :
Use data and analytics to connect performance, engagement, and retention metrics to actionable insights.Support the rollout and ongoing management of BHN's performance management system and employee engagement survey.Develop and coordinate trainings, workshops, and employee learning labs focused on engagement and performance development.Partner with HRIS, Marketing & Communications, and Business Partners to align strategies and implement engagement campaigns.Manage lifecycle survey vendor relationships and optimize metrics, dashboards, and reporting.Lead initiatives to enhance recognition, communication, and employee experience across BHN.Stay current on best practices in employee engagement, inclusion, and retention to drive continuous improvement.Who You Are :
High School Diploma or GED (required); Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred).3+ years of Human Resources experience (recruiting, onboarding, or generalist experience preferred).Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance metrics.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and project management capabilities.Collaborative team player with creativity, initiative, and adaptability.About Us :
