Job Description :

We're looking for a full-time, staff Financial Analyst 2 to join our Yoh team.This position supports the Yoh Finance Managers. Position will be tasked with providing direct financial support by monitoring, researching, and reporting key financial information regarding the unit's operations. Acting as a business partner whereby key support and analysis are provided as an influential member of Yoh Finance team, including the preparation and review of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Works closely with the Manager of Finance to develop reports and ad hoc analysis for the group. Serves as the incentive plans SME, provides overall financial management and control of the calculation, reporting, and analyses of all Yoh commission and bonus plans.

As the Financial Analyst 2, here's the work you'll do :

• Administer commission and incentive plan calculations, validations, reporting, and payments. Requires a thorough understanding of all commissions and incentive plans in order to answer participant inquiries and ensure accurate payouts.
• Support Finance management in connection with planning / forecasting, period closing, and executive presentations. Contribute to period-end close activities through preparation of journal entries and maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare & publish financial and operational reporting including key metrics. Ensure reports are easily understood, timely, accurate and complete.
• Actively work with business stakeholders, Finance, and IT to develop and advance business intelligence. Develop and customize system based reporting and dashboarding to improve business intelligence and better enable decision making.
• Ad hoc financial analysis and projects.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $68,480 - $102,720. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
