We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Acquisitions Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for working directly with motivated property owners and converting leads into signed purchase agreements. This is a sales-focused position where your income is directly tied to performance and closed deals. About the Role
As an Acquisitions Manager at Padua Home Buyers, you will play a key role in driving revenue by identifying, engaging, and negotiating with real estate buyers for our off-market property inventory. This is a high-impact position focused on relationship-building, strategic outreach, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with motivated sellers through inbound and outbound lead sources.
- Build rapport and trust with property owners to understand their needs and pain points.
- Evaluate properties, run comps, and determine accurate offer prices based on market data.
- Negotiate and secure purchase agreements with sellers, ensuring win-win outcomes.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and communications in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and dispositions teams to ensure a smooth handoff of acquired properties.
- Continuously refine acquisition strategies to improve conversion rates and deal flow.
