A company is looking for an Associate Director, HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with global leaders to align people priorities with business goals
Collaborate across HR specialties to deliver integrated people solutions
Act as a subject matter expert on talent management and organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
8+ years of HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience in global organizations
Experience supporting senior leaders in Corporate Functions
Strong project management and facilitation skills
Proven ability to drive organizational effectiveness and talent management initiatives
Comfortable operating in a contract / consultative capacity
