Job description
A company is looking for an IT DevOps Manager, fully remote in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality infrastructure and cloud services while collaborating with IT leadership
Coordinate and assist with high-priority incidents and manage the technology support lifecycle
Mentor and train DevOps Engineers, while participating in team projects to enhance service quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in computer hardware and software technologies
Certifications such as A+, MCP, or ITIL are a plus
Experience with AWS technologies and security
Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory and experience with Microsoft 365 applications
Ability to learn new technology and software as needed
