Scope of Responsibilities :
- Partner with the North America Business Unit CEO and leadership team to shape financial strategy, drive performance management, and deliver business results.
- Lead Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Performance Analytics, ensuring financial discipline and insight-driven decision making across operations, marketing, and sales.
- Drive end-to-end reviews of P&L performance, identifying opportunities for value creation and risk mitigation.
- Oversee business case development, CAPEX allocation, and strategic investment decisions for brand growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with category, sales, and supply chain leaders to optimize pricing, mix, and cost structures while supporting portfolio transformation.
- Serve as a key member of both the North America Finance Leadership Team and Global Finance Leadership Team, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance organization that thrives on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or CPA preferred.12+ years of progressive Finance leadership experience within the consumer goods or manufacturing sector, including category, sales, or supply chain finance.5+ years of business unit or CFO-level experience with full P&L ownership in a complex, matrixed organization.Must have experience leading Finance for a business over $500M in revenue with full or significant P&L ownership (not purely FP&A).Proven success in P&L ownership, strategic planning, and cross-functional business partnering.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across global teams.Strategic agility, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for driving business improvement through financial insight.Why Apply :
