This is a high-impact leadership opportunity reporting directly to the BU General Manager, guiding strategy, performance management, and investment priorities across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of beloved household brands. The role will oversee Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Performance Analytics, shaping financial strategy across North America while partnering with global stakeholders on long-range growth initiatives.

Scope of Responsibilities :

• Partner with the North America Business Unit CEO and leadership team to shape financial strategy, drive performance management, and deliver business results.
• Lead Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Performance Analytics, ensuring financial discipline and insight-driven decision making across operations, marketing, and sales.
• Drive end-to-end reviews of P&L performance, identifying opportunities for value creation and risk mitigation.
• Oversee business case development, CAPEX allocation, and strategic investment decisions for brand growth and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with category, sales, and supply chain leaders to optimize pricing, mix, and cost structures while supporting portfolio transformation.
• Serve as a key member of both the North America Finance Leadership Team and Global Finance Leadership Team, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance organization that thrives on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
