Job Description : About the Role :

• We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to join our core banking modernization initiative, focused on implementing a New Core Banking Platform to transform our Consumer Banking capabilities, with specific focus on Deposits.
• The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a solid banking domain background, and hands-on experience working on core banking transformation or migration projects.

This role will play a key leadership position driving solution design, integration, and delivery using the modern technology stack adopted by the new platform (based on API and Event Streaming architecture) and will closely collaborate with vendor teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

# Interest, fees, overdrafts, and transaction posting

# Product factory configurations and core services

# Regulatory compliance and reporting

Required Qualifications :

# Java 11+, Spring Boot, RESTful services

# Confluent Kafka (event streaming and integration)

# OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker (containerization and orchestration)

# API Gateway & Mediation (Apigee, WSO2 API Manager or vendor-provided gateways)

# PostgreSQL, Oracle, or other relational databases

# Observability tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, etc.)
