Position Summary :
GCC's Digital Marketing organization is in search of a Sr. Marketing Campaign Developer who will develop and execute email and print marketing campaigns using our Adobe Campaign cross-channel marketing platform. This position is at the forefront of executing all GCC promotional marketing campaigns through evaluation, design, development and QA process stages of executing our marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop and execute integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns using a multi-relational database.
- Manage day-to-day campaign activities to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Apply standard campaign methodology and best practices to meet desired Marketing Campaign requests.
- Work closely with fellow team members as well as business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and execution of Marketing Campaigns.
- Use best practices in Quality assurance and troubleshooting through individual and peer group testing.
- Develop and enforce processes that ensure compliance with all of GCC systems.
- Effectively resolve challenges through proven technical, analytical and problem solving skills.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing experience.3+ years of experience developing marketing campaigns. Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic highly desired, or experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Braze.1-3 years of experience working with relational databases using SQL (preferably SQL Server and / or Snowflake) as well as advanced Excel skills.1-3 years of experience in design and execution of Campaign flows as well as a deep understanding of related backend processes.Basic understanding of HTML and email design principles for better collaboration with creative teams.Strong written, verbal and organizational skills to interface with both internal and external teams.Detailed and process oriented. The position requires an excellent grasp of complex and often-changing details.Able to troubleshoot issues with audience logic, data quality, or platform workflows.Proven ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment.Benefits
