Job descriptionQualifications : Millwright certification an asset. 3 years' prior Field Service experience. Background in PLC and computer controls. Excellent troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to take logical approach to problem solving. Knowledge of CNC controls such as : Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, Siemens. Knowledge / experience maintaining fully automated equipment. Ability to use technical manuals and read mechanical and electrical drawings. Ability to use high precision tools. Computer literate. Available to work outside of regular business hours and perform on call support as required.

Job Description
- Responsibilities : Plan and assist in the implementation of a rigorous, preventative maintenance program as well as a predictive maintenance program to minimize machine downtime. Install and commission new and used CNC machinery (Milling, Lathe and EDM). Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gear box and bearings on all CNC equipment. Perform basic electrical trouble-shooting.
