Sales Director

The Role inPowered AI is seeking a driven and strategic Sales Director to join our fast-growing revenue team.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the agency landscape—particularly holding companies—and a proven track record of consultative sales and long-term client relationship building.

You will play a key role in introducing inPowered’s sell-side AI capabilities to new agency partners and expanding existing relationships to drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across holding companies, independent agencies, and direct marketers.
• Serve as a strategic consultant to clients, designing and delivering tailored programmatic activations in collaboration with inPowered’s solutions and customer success teams.
• Build long-term account strategies to drive sustainable growth, respond to RFPs, and support upfront media planning and buying.
• Generate a high volume of sales activity, including calls, meetings, presentations, proposals, and client engagements.
• Establish and maintain senior-level relationships within agencies and brands; lead campaign ideation aligned to client business objectives.
