Overview

As a Senior Web Developer here, you’ll help bring ideas to life with polished code, collaborative energy, and a sharp eye for quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with internal teams (including the CEO) or clients to define, design, and ship new features.
• Manage multiple projects with strong prioritization, autonomy, and clear communication.
• Apply strong foundational web knowledge (how the internet works under the hood : DNS, SSL, hosting) and navigate infrastructure-level production challenges.
• Serve as a technical leader within the team, helping set direction and mentoring others.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and clients; represent the web team and guide conversations with confidence and clarity.
• Balance technical depth with empathy, active listening, and proactive problem-solving.
