• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, ensuring employee satisfaction and accuracy.
• Prepare detailed payroll reports for management and assist with audits as needed.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll-related processes.
• Manage payroll for an organization with over 100 employees, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Provide support for employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
