That's how we drive impact - for ourselves, our company, and the communities we serve. Join us. About the Team : We're seeking to hire a People Partner to join our growing TikTok Operations and Global Functions HR team in the Americas.

As an HR Business Partner, you will support your organization’s leaders and team across the entire talent lifecycle. The role will be expected to strategize and collaborate with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team members to identify growth opportunities, engage and retain employees through HR initiatives, and establish an efficient organizational design.

Specifically, you will : - Coach leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics.

• Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; execute a goal-setting agenda with 360 performance evaluations and oversee the formal performance review and calibration process.
• Provide guidance and assist in implementing business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling.- Ability to manage People Partner processes such as transfers, organizational changes, data and reporting, system changes, etc.
• Measure and monitor trends and the impact of key HR metrics and dashboards to drive HR needs planning.- Proactively manage and resolve employee relations issues;

ensure manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures; partner with Employee Relations and Legal departments to support investigations, as needed.

Leverage the COEs (HR Centers of Excellence) to develop and implement programs that foster employee engagement, D&I, and success.

Minimum Qualifications : - 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, as an HR Generalist or Human Capital Consultant. - 2+ years as an HR Business Partner.

Corporate experience in employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and general HR program / operations.

Preferred Qualifications : - 1+ years of regional HR experience supporting Legal, or similar Corporate Services functions.

• Successful track record of designing and implementing people programs from the ground up. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to autonomously manage multiple projects concurrently, with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
