Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. Provide customers with accurate information on services and promotions. Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and courteous manner. Ensure smooth communication between the customer and service technicians. Maintain customer records, update service history, and track job progress in our CRM system. Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely arrival and service completion. Handle customer complaints or issues, following company procedures to resolve problems and maintain customer satisfaction. Assist with general office duties such as data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks. Keep customers informed of any delays, cancellations, or updates regarding their service. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback. Previous customer service experience, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industries. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, energetic and professional phone demeanor. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and communication. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service by scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and assisting with the day-to-day operations. Your main responsibility is to ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and helpful assistance throughout their experience with us. Our priority is the customer by ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
