• TechnicalExperience in design, development and release of Semiconductor capital equipmentKnowledge of Semiconductor industry standards and regulatory requirements.Strong awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Background in multi-disciplinary, system-level development includingElectronic board design: prefer experience with mix signal and optical sensorsExperience in Spice/simulation with and lab correlationExperience with schematic capture and board layout tools including Orcad & Cadence AllegroFPGA developmentLow and high power electrical assemblies including power distribution systemsElectro-mechanical control systems
• Leadership and ManagementDemonstrated ability to lead and drive functional teams.Ability to work across multi-functional/multi-discipline teams both internal and across organizations.Excellent communication (both oral and written) and stakeholder management skills.Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, multi-task and sense of ownership to task work completion.

Minimum Qualifications

BSc, MSc or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.

Five years in a management role with a positive track record developing complex capital equipment.
