A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide strategic Employee Relations support and coaching across the organization
Drive a high-performance culture by addressing performance management objectives
Conduct fair and impartial investigations into employee relations concerns
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 8 years' experience in employee relations, preferably with 7+ years in Human Resources or Legal
At least 5 years' experience as a workplace investigator
Experience in the gaming or tech industry is desirable
Bachelor's Degree required
Legal training or a Juris Doctor degree is a plus
