Revenue Cycle Management Manager

Join a leading Fortune 500 company as the Revenue Cycle Management Manager, where you will have the opportunity to lead the healthcare cash posting process within our Revenue Cycle management team. This role is instrumental in overseeing payor EDI enrollments and lockbox communications while creating a high-performing team. Your leadership will drive accuracy and efficiency in our revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the healthcare cash posting and lockbox activities for multiple payors, including Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care, and third-party transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Develop and mentor a dedicated team of cash posting professionals to excel in their roles and compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations, including HIPAA.
• Manage payment review processes and uphold adherence to insurance payment regulations and payer requirements.
• Assist with organizational audits and financial assessments, maintaining the highest ethical standards throughout.
• Lead and configure EMR systems, implementing payment and billing logic, and resolve complexities surrounding large 835 transactions.
• Showcase your expertise in healthcare revenue cycle processes, payer regulations, and compliance needs, including NY CDPAP experience or relevant experience with MCO / State Medicaid Agencies.
