Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process twice-monthly payroll for 250+ employees and contractors

Ensure accurate information for payroll approval and process timecards using HR / payroll software

Assist HR with new hire paperwork and manage terminations within payroll software

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of payroll experience required; experience with Quickbooks preferred

Working knowledge of Google Workspace products (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Experience in reconciling payroll transactions with accounting

Ability to provide support in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data entry
