Key Responsibilities

Manage and coach a team of Solutions Architects and Implementation Specialists

Oversee solution design and implementation for assigned accounts

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to operational standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

3-4 years of experience in solutions architecture, consulting, or implementation roles

1-2 years of experience leading a small team or mentoring professionals

Strong experience with workflow mapping, system integration, and operational delivery

Familiarity with CRM, helpdesk, and automation platforms
