Job description :
Assists the Executive Director and other Supervisors in managing assigned accounts
Main responsibilities :
Performs support duties including preparation of complex documents and reports with information necessary for decision-making;
coordination of executive(s) activities, planning meetings and conferences; and collection and compilation of sensitive business materials.
Manages the day-to-day activities of assigned customer accounts such as : o Coordinate and track timely submissions of customer capacity studies.
o Attend customer meetings and plant visits as required. o Assist in the preparation of customer presentation materials.
o Guide, monitor and maintain repository to ensure key documents are securely stored and readily retrievable. Update and publish customer Scorecard to the organization as required
- Participates and fully understands QMS / QOS as it pertains to the job and support functions as
- Assist with setting up access to eSupplier and other customer portals for employees at all Martinrea locations and provide Service support as necessary.
The successful candidate will be a strong collaborator with an analytical skillset, who can develop and maintain strong, productive working relationships with team members at all levels of the organization, as well as with our supplier / broker network.
Candidate must be comfortable analyzing large data sets for risk and opportunity, and able to communicate those risks and opportunities effectively to the appropriate audience.
Applicant Requirements :
Extensive knowledge of Covisint and related Ford systems.
Working proficiency in MS Office.
Confident verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- 2-5 years of related experience or equivalent.
