Job Details :
- Drive customer service excellence, marketing strategies, and brand awareness.
- Develop marketing strategies and ensure top-notch customer service.
- Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with commercial resources.
Requirements :
- BS / BA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or strategic marketing.
- Experience in the energy, utility or oil and gas space preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally ( 10-15%).
