As a Principal Product Manager - AI Monetization, you will be responsible for the product management strategy for Microsoft Monetize, focusing on developing and evolving AI-powered solutions that address publishers most pressing challenges. Youll shape the next generation of productivity tools, integrating advanced machine learning and conversational AI to help publishers gain deeper insights, resolve issues proactively, and optimize their monetization strategies.

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.
