What You’ll Do

As the Contract Manager of Corporate Accounts, you will be responsible for contract and pricing administration, pricing analysis, pricing system quotes, determining pricing adjustments, and overseeing various pricing-related tasks across Canada and the US.

Other duties will include :

  • Maintain and update pricing information in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Conduct analyses to optimize pricing across distribution networks.
  • Manage key accounts and quotes for contractual adjustments on all product lines.
  • Determine pricing and 3rd party freight adjustments for specific product lines.
  • Coordinate discount / rebate approvals, accruals, posting to GL, and processing for credit.
  • Communicate and load pricing mechanisms including Regulatory Compliance and Fuel Surcharges
  • Assist in determining and distributing pricing for different regions and sites.
  • Maintain and update pricing information in SAP and Salesforce

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Previous experience in pricing, contract management, commercial Finance, or related field
  • Managing key accounts and quotes
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills
  • Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce administration, and related tools is a plus.
