A company is looking for a Customer Migration Specialist to guide customers through the transition to a new self-service platform.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively assist customers in migrating to the new platform and guide them through the implementation process
Develop scalable communication strategies to engage customers and drive adoption of the new platform
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to address feedback and enhance the migration experience
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or higher in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
Three to five years of experience in customer success or a client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience with technical documentation or API usage instructions is a plus
Familiarity with process management and change management is beneficial
Ability to gather and document detailed customer feedback regarding technical integration
