Job descriptionPerforms and supports HR Core services in and out HR systems; like HR help desk, HR portal, time and attendance, and other ad hoc projects for employees and managers. Maintains a highly collaborative relationship with other departments. Maintain and record key information for tracking and historical purposes. Drives for continuous improvement and motivates employees engagement. Provide ongoing feedback on performance of individuals through both formal and informal evaluations. Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects. Coordinate people resource requirements for the department. Assist in department budget planning and manage department expenses. Report and alert resources concerning downtime. Interface with Test Support / Maintenance on equipment problems. Track time for NPI / Pre-production / re-work. Communicate with opposite shift to ensure communication flow. Update department communication boards. Follow quality indicators. Stop and alert if predefined indicators are below target. Primary contact for response to situations where scrap is occurring in any process step Functions as liaison between managers, directs, core and contract associates on various issues including communication of policies, practices and procedures related to organization and site operations. Assists in implementing group-wide HR policies and procedures. Strong passion for helping people and creating a positive employee experience Customer-service-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport Highly proactive and self-motivated; takes initiative without needing direction Comfortable working on the production floor and engaging directly with employees and leaders Approachable, empathetic, and able to handle employee concerns with professionalism and care Hands-on problem solver who can identify issues and act quickly to resolve them Strong sense of ownership and accountability in daily responsibilities Action-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Demonstrated ability to protect and maintain data privacy Must be able to communicate in an Bilingual environment (Spanish / English) Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Promote and enable the self-service delivery model.
- Facilitate insights and data intelligence for critical decision making.
- Owners of key HR data.
- Process execution under operational metrics (adhered to the standard operating procedures, meeting
with the service level agreement)
