Litigation Assistant

Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support multiple attorneys in a dynamic, fast-paced law firm. This role focuses on litigation support and includes paralegal responsibilities with billable hour requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and tech-savvy, with strong litigation experience and the ability to manage a heavy workload.

Responsibilities :

• Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
• File and e-file in state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with court rules.
• Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, meetings, and travel.
• Organize case files and maintain records (electronic and physical).
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Assist with trial prep, including exhibits and binders.
• Handle time entry, billing, and administrative tasks.
• Support multiple attorneys and manage competing priorities.
• Accurately record billable paralegal time.
• Use tools like Microsoft Office 365, CLIO, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, and e-signature platforms.
