A company is looking for a Director, GTM Finance who will oversee growth strategies and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales planning and capacity by managing coverage, territories, quotas, and revenue forecasting
Develop pricing and volume-curve elasticity models to assess impacts on key financial metrics
Produce product-level revenue forecasts and conduct scenario analyses to validate assumptions
Required Qualifications
10+ years in GTM Finance / Sales Finance / RevOps, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Expertise in funnel math, pricing elasticity, and capacity / coverage modeling
Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and BI tools; EPM and SQL knowledge is a plus
Strong ability to influence stakeholders and deliver executive-level presentations
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA / CPA / CFA preferred
