We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in complex, client-facing environments and can lead end-to-end software delivery across multiple simultaneous projects. You'll bridge the gap between technology and business, guiding cross-functional teams through the SDLC while ensuring every engagement exceeds client expectations.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple enterprise-level software implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as the primary client contact, leading both in-person and virtual communications.
• Translate business goals into clear, actionable project plans, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develop schedules, estimates, and work breakdown structures that drive accountability and results.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure milestones, scope, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Capture and manage user stories, business requirements, and change requests.
• Identify and mitigate risks early, keeping stakeholders informed at every step.
• Deliver professional project updates, demos, and presentations to clients and executives.
• Oversee change management and maintain version control for all project documentation.
• Ensure alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders through transparent communication.
• Handle client escalations promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction and trust.
