Job Summary

Reporting to the Nursing Department Director, the Registered Nurse Shift Manager utilizes the nursing process and leadership skills to coordinate services of staff to patients during the designated shift. Ensures care is appropriate to the age and developmental level of patients. Assesses staff needs for the unit, collaborates with the staffing coordinator, Nurse Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor to ensure patient needs are met. Supports Nursing Department Director on administrative duties.

Hourly wage range : $51.18 - $81.91. Individual wages are determined based on qualifications and experience.
