A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR / Learning Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the requirements gathering phase for Core HR and Learning modules in Oracle HCM Cloud

Facilitate client-facing discussions to gather requirements and discuss module capabilities and limitations

Document findings in a format suitable for the configuration phase

Required Qualifications

Experience as the lead in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR

Experience as the lead in Oracle Learning Cloud

Credit check required

W2 preferred; must be a USC or GC holder if C2C

Ability to work remotely with minimal travel
