Senior IT Systems Analyst

As a Senior IT Systems Analyst, you will be instrumental in system and data analysis, creating STTs, mapping data, and gathering requirements from the business while refining user stories. Your role will involve leveraging various delivery methodologies to enhance communication between IT and the business community, helping to document requirements and identify technical solutions for both enhancing existing applications and developing new ones. Additionally, you will guide and mentor less experienced members of the Systems Analyst team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and feedback to team members.
• Oversee the execution of key strategic initiatives.
• Create logical designs based on architectural reviews.
• Represent project work for the estimation process on behalf of the Systems Analyst team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Every employee must understand and comply with security responsibilities and applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. The potential pay for this role ranges from $81,000 to $138,000, depending on experience and skills.
