JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise related to Salesforce, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, LWC, and Aura, ensuring that the work group leverages best practices and the latest innovations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including business analysts, project managers, and other developers—to translate business needs into technical solutions and improve overall project delivery.
• Act as a key resource within the team, offering guidance, troubleshooting support, and mentorship to foster skill development and continuous improvement among colleagues.
• Play an integral role in identifying process improvements, proposing technical enhancements, and contributing to strategic decision-making that elevates the group's operational effectiveness.
• Ensure clear and accurate documentation of code, processes, and project updates, thereby reinforcing knowledge sharing and helping to maintain consistency across development initiatives.
• Actively participate in team meetings and agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives), helping to shape project goals and ensure that work is aligned with broader business objectives.
• Contribute to resolving technical challenges that arise during development and integration, thus maintaining high performance, scalability, and long-term success of Salesforce solutions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 5-7 years' experience.

Salesforce Platform Developer I and / or II certification.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

Salesforce Platform Developer I and / or II certification.

Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

Exposure to additional Salesforce technologies and third-party tools.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) processes.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED :

Strong communication skills with business users.

Strong collaboration with team members.

Ability to learn and apply new knowledge quickly.
