InterSystems IRIS Technical Lead (Remote Opportunity)

VetsEZ is seeking an IRIS Technical Lead to support the Health Data Management (HDM-VDIF) program. This product line manages various software products, middleware platforms, system integrations, health data integrations, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) integrations.

The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop APIs, REST interfaces, and IRIS applications to support VA data integration and modernization.
• Enhance VistA extraction and monitoring processes, adapting to Oracle Health metadata changes.
• Build and maintain IRIS classes, ad hoc applications, and supporting documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with journaling, data loads, and high-availability databases; perform upgrades and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and UX requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to Agile development cycles, including code reviews, testing, deployment, and knowledge sharing.
• Lead and support development teams to ensure application stability, quality, and alignment with project goals.
