Responsibilities
Client Education : Educate clients on the benefits of life insurance and help them understand their coverage options.
Policy Analysis : Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance policies to meet their financial goals.
Sales Development : Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the agency's client base and increase sales.
Customer Support : Provide ongoing support to clients, assist with policy changes, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Requirement
Licensing : Possession of or willingness to obtain required life insurance licenses.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales, particularly in life insurance, is advantageous.
Interpersonal Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients.
Customer Focus : Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
