Job descriptionConceptualize and produce motion graphics in 2D and 3D for various screens and purposes. Propose ideas and refine them based on feedback. Deliver projects aligned with creative direction. Maintain brand consistency while exploring creative opportunities. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with designers, editors, photographers, and other creatives. Research new ideas and stay updated on current trends and technology. Identify gaps and opportunities for asset improvements. Portfolio showcasing motion and design skills. Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. Experience with Cinema4D, Unreal Engine, and / or Houdini is a plus. Knowledge of expressions in After Effects is preferred. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and design. Knowledge of the NHL is a plus but not required. Bachelor’s degree in design, animation, or related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to observe, inspect, estimate, and assess. Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, climb stairs, and lift 20 lbs.

Job Description
JOB SUMMARY : The Utah Mammoth is seeking a Junior Motion Designer with a passion for sports and motion graphics to join their creative team. You will create animations and motion graphics for various brand touchpoints, including in-arena presentations, broadcast, and social media, meeting NHL standards. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, design, and execute graphics for events throughout the season and off-season. This is a full-time, on-site role in Sandy, UT.
