• Invoice Management : Reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices for payment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Payment Processing : Ensuring vendors and creditors are paid promptly through various payment methods to maintain strong business relationships.
• Reconciliation : Collaborating with the accounting team to monitor and balance ledgers for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
• Vendor Communication : Responding to vendor inquiries in a professional manner and addressing invoice disputes or payment delays.
